Dear Participants,
Our Thanksgiving Dinner of Theology Day Celebration 2019 will be held from 7pm to 9pm on 2nd November, 2019 (Saturday) in Chung Chi College Staff Club. Thank you for your prior registration.
According to the traffic conditions in previous weekends, there may be disruption and our School will keep on closely monitoring the corresponding conditions and would like to suggest below measures to be carried out:
- You are welcome to attend the venue of the Thanksgiving Dinner at 6:30pm which will be shortened to be accomplished by 8:30pm;
- A coach will be provided to transfer all participants in need at the end of the Thanksgiving Dinner to reach Shatin station which is the nearby transit (coach destination subjects to the situation in that evening);
- If necessary, you can contact us by phone or email before October 24 (Thursday) regarding cancellation and refund. Since ingredients are to be prepared and arranged by the restaurant, there will be no refund on the cancellation which is made after October 24 (Thursday).
We encourage all participants to prepare for the alternative transportation in advance of the event. Participants’ safety is put in our priority consideration and please contact our colleagues if you need assistance.
We will continuously monitor the corresponding conditions. If the Thanksgiving Dinner is to be cancelled because of some unexpected situations, our School will inform you through email before October 28. Please stay tuned to our email and the announcement to be published in our School website.
