Format

Three-Day Camp (Non-residential)
On-campus housing is regretfully unavailable this summer due to major renovations in the Theology Building. Non-local students will need to arrange their own accommodation in Hong Kong. If you require any assistance, please contact the office at events@theology.edu.hk.

Time

Day 1: 26 August (Tuesday) 14:30–21:00
Day 2: 27 August (Wednesday) 10:00–21:00
Day 3: 28 August (Thursday) 10:00–16:30
Check-in and T-shirt Pickup is 15-30 minutes before we start.

Fee

Camp Fee Options:
1-Day Pass: HKD$180
2-Day Pass: HKD$280
Full Camp Pass (3 Days): HKD$380
Pay cash at Check-in. Your Camp Fee covers a Camp T-shirt and one Fellowship Meal for each day of your pass; the group supper on Day 2 is a pay-as-you-go event.

Registration

All participants are required to Register here to confirm your attendance and select your t-shirt size by 28 July.

Full-time Students: Attendance at the entire three-day camp is mandatory. For significant reasons preventing full or partial attendance, formally Request Leave Online​. Leave is official only upon email approval from the Director.

Part-time StudentsYou are warmly invited to register for the camp. If you cannot attend the entire camp, you are welcome to participate partially to connect with fellow students on the theological journey.

As the organising committee needs to make preparations in advance, late absence requests will not be considered except in unavoidable circumstances. The full fee is payable for any unapproved absence or for failure to attend after registration.

Remarks
  • Camp details will be sent to you via email. Please check your inbox regularly, and remember to also check your spam folder, as bulk emails may sometimes be misclassified.
  • Late registrations may not be processed.
  • Comfortable and practical clothing is recommended.

  • Please also bring your own reusable water bottle, utensils, and a notebook and pen for personal reflection.
