2022–2023 Term Commencement Faculty and Students’ Camp

30^th August to 1^st September 2022 (Tuesday to Thursday)
Please arrive 15–30 minutes earlier for registration

30^th August (Tuesday) 14:00–21:00
31^st August (Wednesday) 14:00–21:00<
1^st September (Thursday) 14:00–17:30

HKD 200 (same price for every participants no matter how many session(s) of the camp you are joining)
Excluding meal fee and including a camp tee

Full-time students: are required to attend full camp. Please Register Online on or before 31st July. If you are NOT able to attend the full camp or cannot join any of the session(s), you are required to apply for Online Leave Application (Full-time students)​ by 31^st July. Email will be sent by the School upon approval and late application for leave of absence will not be accepted unless there is unavoidable reason. Students without prior approval for leave of absence are required to pay full camp fee.
 

Part-time students: are invited to attend the camp (You are recommended to join the 31^st August’s camp if you cannot join the full camp). Please Register Online on or before 31st July.
 

The School and the organising committee are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will update the arrangement by following the advices from the Government and the University.  Latest information will be sent by email, so please check email regularly (Please also check the “junk mail box” as some email providers may clarify mass mail as “junk mail”)
