The service will be held at the Divinity School Chapel and online (by Zoom) simultaneously. Participants please register online and indicate whether you will join the service physically or virtually on or before 28 April. On-site participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The stone offertory will also be held during the service while graduating classes of 2019/20 and 2020/21 are cordially invited to offer a stone into the baptismal font. Details please refer to invitation email.
In view of the latest development of the pandemic situation and the exemption of group gatherings on religious activities, which allows less than 30% of the number of persons that may normally be accommodated on the premises as a place of worship, all on-site participants are required to register in advance and follow the epidemic prevention measures during the meeting:
1. All participants are required to wear masks when entering the meeting venue and during the meeting;
2. All participants are required to undergo body temperature screening, participants whose body temperature is higher than 37.5°C or who are subject to compulsory quarantine will be denied to enter the venue;
3. All participants are required to use hand sanitizer provided in the reception counter before entering the venue;
4. To keep social distance, participants must follow the special seating arrangement in the venue;
5. The College will not provide any food and beverage during the meeting, and no food and drinks are allowed in the meeting venue.
