2022 End of Term Service

The End of Term Service will be held at the Divinity School Chapel and online simultaneously. If you plan to attend the service physically, please read the reminder for on-site participants*. For those who will attend virtually, the ZOOM meeting ID and password to participants will be received by email two days in advance.

The stone offertory will be held during the service. The graduating class of 2021/22 is cordially invited to offer a small stone to be placed under the baptismal font during the service. For detail please refer to the invitation email. Please reply before 28 April if attend.

*Reminder for on-site participants
To reduce the risks of novel coronavirus infection, the College will impose the following epidemic prevention measures during the meeting:

  1. All participants are required to adhere to strict infection control measures while on campus, including using the "Leave Home Safe" app to enter all buildings. Please visit “Act together against COVID-19” website for the most detailed and up-to-date information about University’s response to the pandemic;
  2. By the Government’s administrative orders, Vaccine Pass requirements are required on the person entering the religious premises. Presentation of Vaccination Record /Medical Exemption QR Code is required for scanning upon entry. For detail please refer to https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/eng/vaccine-pass.html;
  3. All participants are required to wear masks when entering the meeting venue and during the meeting;
  4. All participants are required to undergo body temperature screening, participants whose body temperature is higher than 37.5°C or those who are subject to compulsory quarantine will be denied to enter the venue;
  5. All participants are required to use hand sanitizer provided in the reception counter before entering the venue;
  6. To keep social distance, participants must follow the special seating arrangement in the venue;
  7. The College will not provide any food and beverage during the meeting, and no food and drinks are allowed in the meeting venue.
