3. 座位有限，先到先得。Places are available on a first-come first-served basis.
4. 如研討會當日上午7時仍然懸掛8號或以上烈風/暴風信號，或黑色暴雨警告信號，研討會將會取消，恕不另行通知。If typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm signal is still in force at 7:00 am on the day of the seminar, the seminar will be cancelled without further notice.
